Linear & Actuation Technologies (L&AT) is a business Unit producing Linear Motion and Actuation System solutions used in Industrial Automation, Medical Applications and a wide range of other industries. Our knowledge and competence is bringing every day to our customers in either their final products or their own production environment linked to energy savings, flexibility, productivity and efficiency. The product lines include Linear Actuators, Telescopic Pillars, Ball & Roller Screws as well as Linear guiding. The Linear and Actuation Business Unit comprise of 7 factories and 14 dedicated sales units.
In the roll-out of L&AT M3 in both L&AT Manufacturing and L&AT Sales we will over the coming 18 months roll out M3 Finance as substitute for existing ERP in the 14 L&AT SU’s as well as 7 MU’s. In the L&AT Operating units we also see a clear need to establish a user community sharing best practice, drive continuous improvement, coordinate training, providing expert support across units and to be the common L&AT voice towards Group IT when required. We are therefore looking for a:
As a M3 Finance System and process Expert you will drive the finance deployment during implementation and be a support in the months after go-live to sort out minor problems and learn how to use the full capabilities for maximum efficiency. You will also establish a finance user community within L&AT and in the future drive this together with finance super-users.

Key responsibilities
• To work independently, understand and act on the implications of his/her actions in a broader context, across functions and organisations and to run/ participate in development projects 
• Deployment lead for L&AT M3 Finance · Provide business requirements · Maintain and develop L&AT M3 finance standards and template · Responsible for main financial processes and quality assurance · Drive and coordinate the L&AT M3 costing model focusing on establishment and continuous improvements · To continuously contribute to the improvement of existing and the development of new processes · Responsible for role/process mapping · Safeguarding governance of processes and data · Participate and contribute in trainings and workshops · To actively support competence development of his/ her colleagues by sharing own experience · To train the user community · Establish, drive and coordinate Finance super user community · Acting as advisor and collaborating with stakeholders within L&AT and Group functions

Competence/Experience requirements
• University degree in finance and business administration or similar is required · Experience from M3 is a requirement · Project management experience is required · Experience from developing new as well as challenging old processes and procedures · Knowledge in IFRS and Swedish GAAP is an advantage · Fluent English is required
Frequent travelling is required.
