hela Sverige Alleima Tube IT and the M3 Competence Center are responsible for our ERP system M3 that are providing vital functionality for the company's business processes. The department consists of a technical operational management organization and a project organization which is in an expansive roll-out phase on several productions, support and sales units. We are currently 15 people in the team and are now looking for a driven person who wants to join our journey. Your role
In the role of Business Process Specialist - finance you will act as system and process expert in the company's ongoing ERP/M3 project rollout as well as support to existing users. The roles overall aim is to bridge the gap between the operations' processes and the functionality and possibilities of the ERP system. You are the business helping hand in both development projects and end user support.
Your main responsibilities:
Driving process and system improvements based on business needs in the finance and compliance area.
Support appointed super users and end users.
Run global forums for continuous dialogue with the business's existing and new users. You will collect needs, prioritize, and execute together with the team and partners.
Contribute to set a solid foundation for financial processes, instructions, roles and authorities, and secure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has a university degree within a relevant field or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience or other education. You have good knowledge in accounting and controlling with a good understanding of the company's system support and processes. Experience from global organizations is an advantage as we work in an international environment.
We put great importance to your personal qualities, which are characterized by a solution-oriented attitude, analytical ability and service minded. With the help of your good communication skills, you easily interact both with colleagues and stakeholders. You show basic leadership skills and can drive projects, while being responsive and inspiring to those around you.
