The M 365 System Administrator & Engagement Lead role
As M 365 System administrator and engagement lead you will report to our Group IT Manager, and work closely together with the IAM, CISO, Data privacy manager, Digital workplace manager and internal communications as well as with the rest of the global IT organization concentrated to three hubs in France (EMEA), Malaysia (APAC) and USA (AMER). You will also work closely with representatives from all parts of our business, the users and our service providers within your area of responsibility.
As M 365 System Administrator you will ensure proper development and maintenance of our M 365 suite. You will set up the long-term plan for the suite, implement and introduce new features and applications, set up policies and guidelines and manage configuration. As Engagement Lead you will drive the adoption of new features, spread knowledge and best practice and guide users to make the best use of the suite. You as M 365 System Administrator & Engagement Lead will have a network of champions to help spread the knowledge and you will also hold training sessions directly addressing end users.
The M 365 System Administrator role presents a great chance if you wish to work close to the business, in a team with open-minded and technically skilled professionals, where you contribute to a high-quality delivery of IT services for the Camfil Group. We want you as M 365 System Administrator & Engagement Lead to:
* Keep updated on new features and trends within the IT area and especially in the M 365 suite area and make sure that we make the best use of the M 365 suite.
* Define the roadmap for the development and maintenance of M 365 suite based on business requirements, the overall IT strategy and other frameworks.
* Plan and execute the roadmap in collaboration with the other functions within IT.
* Implement and introduce new features and applications.
* In particular, support development and improvement on our Intranet based on SharePoint
* Manage configurations and do some development of applications (in Power Automate)
* Train end users and collaborate with the champions network.
* Write policies and manuals for the M 365 suite and drive the work to implement them.
* Closely interact with and build a strong understanding of the business to identify future needs.
* Act as third line support.
About You as M 365 System Administrator & Engagement Lead

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
* A good knowledge in IT Service Management and ITIL
* Been studying IT or engineering at a university or equivalent
* Experience from system administration MS 365 suite
* Experience from application development (in Power Automate)
* Experience from end user training and introduction of new features and applications
* Very good level of written and spoken English
* A general understanding of information security (risk, compliance and IT security requirements)
* Good knowledge about data privacy regulations
* International experience
