In this role, you will be part of the HVDC Service team within Hitachi Energy. HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems.
The global sales & marketing department lead the long-term service agreements (LTSA) both as standalone contracts and as part of a greenfield project. The overall goal is to reach growth milestones in the service market, to gain new business opportunities by supporting the tendering activities and achieving customer satisfaction. You will be part of an exciting phase to build up and structure our service agreements and work in close collaboration with our Local Service Centers (LSCs) around the world.
Responsibility
As tender manager for LTSA tenders you have the comprehensive responsibility and lead the tender team and effective communication with both internal & external stakeholders.
Your responsibility will include the following tasks:
Responsible for global service tenders, both as standalone contracts and as part of a greenfield project
Responsible for both a technical and commercial perspective, supported by technical, legal, tax, insurance, and commercial experts.
Main contact for the customer, subcontractors, and the local service organization
Close collaboration within global tender core team
Requirements
You have good collaboration and communication skills and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
Technical and commercial experience from HVDC systems or similar power transmission system is an advantage as you will be working close to the HVDC Technology.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required since you will be working with a global team.
