The arena
Customer Relations & Logistics (CR&L) are accountable for managing Supply to Customer and establish new supply to Customer. As Local Process Champion (LPC) in CR&L you are the Process Owner for the Source and Deliver processes within Sourcing & Supply, supporting all functions operating within these processes. You apply Sweden Ops Business Process Governance Framework to ensure efficient ways of working within the area.
The LPC will work in close collaboration with internal Swe Ops functions as well as other nodes in the AZ network, mainly in supply chain, IT and finance. The role leads and/or participates in projects locally or globally. You will also contribute to the LEAN agenda within Customer Relations & Logistics, driving process simplification and improvement initiatives.
The work is executed in a global high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.
The role
Principal accountabilities:
Owns the design of the process according to the agreed strategic direction
Documents the process including steering/supporting documents
Apply Process Governance for the process
Stakeholder management within the process network locally, regionally and globally
Perform Process Maturity Assessment for the process
Ensure SOPs in place for the process
Own Business Continuity Plan for the process
SOX Process owner for SOx classified processes
Support the lean culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.
Active contribution to the development of CRL Function direction and delivery of team targets as part of the CRL Leadership team.
Lead and/or participate in projects.
Minimum experience
Higher education
Business Process management
SAP and APO knowledge
Change management
LEAN
Experience from supply chain environment
Fluent English both spoken and written
Preferred experience/requirements
Understanding of SOTC and/or P2P processes
GMP and GDP knowledge
Influencing and communication skills
Relationship management
