Are you a driven and outgoing person that feels passionate for service and development? If so, you should apply for the position Technical Return Administrator at our client, a worldwide electronic company. As their administrator, your main task will be to reform and improve existing system. This is a 6 months temporary staffing position with an immediate start and with very good extensions opportunities for the right person.
Job assignment
A successful candidate must be able to develop service tracking solutions towards service centers on the Nordic market. Analyze and developing the Technical Return systems together with the Technical return supervisor. That includes, support customers by email and telephone, visit service centers and dealers for education and development of service tracking systems and follow up on processes.
Skills required
We see that you are fluent in both Korean and English, some knowledge in Swedish are also preferred. You possess excellent communications skills, are adaptable and flexible. You have a few years of experience within a similar role and ability to collaborate constructively with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working. We also see that you have excellent PC skills, especially in working with Microsoft Office and SAP. In addition we also see that you possess excellent telephone manor.
As a person, we see that you are confident, proactive and able to work on own initiative. You like to solve problems, appreciate a fast paste and see changes as an opportunity to grow.
