Our client is in need of Technical coordinators for a long lasting consultant position
The goal as a Technical coordinator is to implement new distribution centers, new pop ups and new IKEA stores nationally and globally. Together with a team of other technical coordinators you will lead technical implementations as part of the IT expansion projects. You will manage the technical implementation within a defined scope, time and cost frame. It is of high importance that you have great experience of technician roles as well as good capacity of leadership. Furthermore, we believe that you are good at dealing with project processes and deadlines. Some of the duties in this position are to:
* Lead the technical implementations (from Malmö)
* Plan and organize the technical implementation
* You will manage communication to stakeholders
* Identify and manage risks
* Work with Change management
* Manage reports and follow ups
* International project experience
For this position we are looking for someone with experience of similar roles as mentioned above, you have a background in working hands on with technical implementations. You may also have a background as a project manager with experience in coordinating the technical implementation and set-up of new sites. You are highly organized, socially skilled and eager to work in the balance of people management and technique. As you will work with projects on a global scale, it is important that you have with international companies or clients before.
In this role, we believe you have hands on experience from working as a technician and have a natural capacity taking the leadership role in projects you have done. You are able to describe your experience with these projects and you are ready to challenge yourself to improve your skills as a tech lead.
