Since our company is constantly growing, we are looking for people to work in our external commercial
Department. We are looking for people with great experience, deep knowledge of softwares with a lot of
involvement with the company values.
After an initial period of adaptation and if necessary, training in our organization, the selected person will
support our commercial department taking control of our large accounts and also finding new ones.
We seek an organized person, versatile, dynamic, adaptable and decisive. Entergate needs a "commercial agent" that targets the marketing and product distribution as well as the collection,
holding maintenance and customer loyalty. The person will be responsible of negotiating with customers the sales
Conditions customer data base in IT sector will be positively valued. We need a person with experience in IT and preferable software tools and a client's 'portfolio will be highly valued.
Salary: negotiable. Experience in sales and IT is required.
Language: English, Arabic, French
Required: MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint
PROFILE
• Management of existing customers and finding new ones.
• Maximize sales volume.
• Maintain visual presentation standards that are consistent with division philosophy and direction.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Sales Associates.
• Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks that maximize sales volume and expanding possibilities.
• Implement promotions and select price menu items.
• Take part of the endorsement and marketing of the promotions.
• Handle staff recruitment and performance development evaluation.
• Analyse operational problems and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.
• Maintain high level of customer service, provide value added services to clientele and coordinate with senior management. Ready to assume a natural empathy with any client.
• Deal with multicultural clientele; resolve their complaints-queries through effective convincing.
• Maintain client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deal with customer complaints regarding sales and service in tactfully, calmly and politely.
• Furnish prompt, on time and efficient service to clientele with high level of accuracy.
