Looking for CD Administrator /Sales Assistant to Unilever
As CD administrator you will be a Customer Development Specialist who plays a central role in the customer team at our customer Unilever's office. You are responsible for managing in a transparent manner the entirety of terms & conditions and agreements with the accounts in such a way that all account data is up-to-date and available promptly.
You will also be contributing to customer management in such a way that the relationship with the customer is optimised from a commercial point of view. Ensuring that contact with customer proceeds in an optimum manner and to ensure optimum internal handling of price and campaign agreements and terms & conditions. Monitoring the state of affairs and flagging variances from the agreements made with the customer from a commercial point of view, in order to be able to provide up-to-date information in the matter.
Work Description
Communicate/inform efficient with KAM, Customer, Field Sales, BB, CS Order, CS Masterdata, Finance, AR, CM, AO and Supply Chain.
Secure correct data through CMP in sales rep system to enable error free listings and campaign information.
Secure correct product splits are updated in and campaign accruals are created from CMP.
Accrual management, advisory role regarding agreement releasing in collaboration with CDD, KAM and finance.
First point of contact for customer and AR/Finance
Build Customer relationship.
Generate and secure that all rebate agreements is aligned on time.
Managing customer and supplier invoices on time in full.
Managing purchasing orders.
Manage and resolve invoice and price claims.
Pro-active in collecting article information with NPD
Secure that correct data is sent to the customer in Prevas.
Responsible for handling coupons and follow up statistics together with Finance and AO.
Prepare sales statistics to base the bonus payments on and ensure payments are made to customers in time.
Who are you
We are looking for a self-going and outgoing person, a relationship builder with experience from service and administration. You are flexible, excellent in prioritizing and stress coping. You work independently and as a team player, you always work proactive and make your own decisions. If you have experience of customer relationship and finance it is a merit in this process, as well as if you have SAP experience within off-invoice management and rebate agreement reservations.You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. You have very good computes skills and good knowledge in MS Office.
