The Product Owner is responsible for the life cycle and managing the product backlog to improve the value of product delivery. This fundamental role in product deliveries is in close collaboration with other people like our Product Managers. You are the expert on your product and use your knowledge to aim for designing and delivering new or upgraded products or functionalities within your area of expertise.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
You help turn ideas into reality by partnering with our highly technical delivery teams and Product Managers
With input from team members and other partners, you are in the lead of breaking down the work in incremental achievements and releases
By collaborating with other product owners, you influence the roadmap strategy and insights
You're driving decisions and set the scope and objectives for the team to work towards
You develop a comprehensive knowledge of product insights and identify knowledge gaps for the product area
You communicate and coordinate with team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights
Signs of Success
You drive the building of extraordinary digital products across digital channels - mobile, in-app, and web.
A developed and executed product roadmap and vision on digital experiences that can help our clients to deliver a high-level digital experience.
Successful collaboration with the product development teams to define and plan the next generation of products
Skills we'd like
A few years of experience working in a similar role as a Product Owner.
Understanding of the role of Product Owner role and what is expected of you when working with development teams.
The ability to work in a role that combines both strategies and operations.
Good communication and expectation management skills. You're good at communicating with both technical and non-technical co-workers at all levels in the organization.
Creating support and feeling comfortable in taking decisions based on input from co-workers and our product vision.
Eager to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
Knowledge of the payments industry
Experience in working with offshore engineering teams
