You will work in our Head Office located in Stockholm city, and be a part of the administrative Payroll team of 5 persons. As a Payroll Administrator you will mainly be working with salaries for Nordic countries and your tasks will in general include;
• Working on project of improving payroll process in Nordic countries
• Keep a high service level to the stores, daily contact with the Managers
• Keep track of any kind of absence from the stores
• Contact person to the stores employees regarding questions concerning salaries
• Updating of the employees database
• Monthly reports to the Management team
• Make sure we follow the collective agreement in each country
