Senior Care is a growing business area within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions that develops digital solutions for our growing elderly population. Currently, we are represented in the Nordic (Sweden, Denmark and Norway), North America and Central Europe (Netherlands and Belgium) markets with a strategy to expand to more existing and new markets.
Senior Care Nordics delivers hardware and software for welfare technology under the Phoniro brand, which includes digital key management, alarm systems for special housing, digital supervision and time and effort follow-up. Most of our solutions are developed and manufactured in Sweden. The service is located at our warehouse in Halmstad. You work independently to ensure our handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries from our warehouse. We are a smaller team that works with warehousing and logistics where it is you who are mainly responsible for our inflows and outflows with support from the other team members when needed.
Tasks
Your work duties include:
Making goods receipts and deposits, both physically and in our business system
Picking and packing orders
To book transports, issue shipping documents and have contact with our freight forwarders
Other tasks in warehouses such as inventories
Who are you?
You have upper secondary education and are used to working at a computer with business systems and systems for transport administration. Knowledge of the ERP system SAP and the TA system nShift (Unifaun) is a merit. Your knowledge of Swedish is good in both speech and writing and it is an advantage if you also master English. We wish you to have experience from similar work in warehousing and logistics.
As a person, you are driven, meticulous and you have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. You have a good sense of service and understand the value of our customers getting the right things and at the right time. You are a flexible team player who helps to ensure that everything works as we are a small team. In addition to this, you have a good sense of order and are stress-resistant.
