hela Sverige As a Hub Fleet Manager you are Responsible for ensuring fleet visibility on availability, maintenance and repair and for optimizing fleet assets in collaboration with IBP and Technology.
You will also Lead development, communication, and implementation of fleet management processes and practices across production sites and sales offices related to the fleet objects.
Main responsibilities
Work together with customer service, customers and planning function to ensure effective and efficient fleet management in the region.
Participate global fleet management coordination and cooperation to improve fleet utilization, operation safety and cost.
Responsible for cost control and invoice auditing
Managing external vendors for repair and maintenance - managing the turnaround
Technology and or site will determine if equipment is damaged but fleet manager will play a role in organizing the repair once the cause has been defined and corrective action has been agreed upon
Drive integration and maintenance of GPS tracking software
Collaborate intensively with Procurement to source the correct equipment against optimal cost
Manage and plan maintenance in alignment with CSD and Planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, more than three years of experience in transportation fields.
Understanding requirements around DG cargo transportation. A good knowledge of the chemical industry conditions would be a strong advantage. Product knowledge of Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethylene Oxide and Chlorate products
Strong detail orientation and analytical skills to create data bases and to analyze various internal data systems.
Knowledge about GPS Software
Good written and verbal communication skills to interact globally and at various organizational levels.
English / German language skills
Computer proficiency to include Microsoft office products in addition; SAP R/3 /APO/BW is desired.
Ability to work in an international cross-cultural environment.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Logistics Team Lead Road & Rail - Nordics and based in Bohus.
