We are looking for a consultant to fill a position at one of our clients as logistic specialist. You will be responsible to arrange transport booking from warehouses to the end customer with focus on delivery precision and quality. You will be part of a team of delivery handlers, there you will be resposible for appointed markets.

Main activities and Responsibilities
The main purpose of a delivery handler is to arrange transport bookings from warehouses to end customer.
Delivery management e.g. cooridiante transport bookings, late order/transport handling, change of transport mode, enter and follow up transport master data, shipment information, calculation of transport freight and insurance cost, invoicing, update carton structures, handle claims or missing goods.
Handle delivery related cases from market units or other stakeholders within the organisation and work collaboratively within with business partners to solve the cases quickly. Coordinate and follow up delivieries for appointed markets and act proactivly. Have the foresight to anticipate order and delivery issues and prevent them. Initiate activities to shortening case handling investigation and response time and increase the quality of the same. Drive and contribute to continuous improvements within the PRD process to reach operational excellence and meet customer's expectations.
Continuously follow up and take actions to reach goals within the defined targets. The postions holder of this role, will also be responsible to handle customer claims within the 0- hour process and drive root cause analyze with corrective actions and secure implemteation together with concerned stakeholders.
Required Competencies
• University degree and/or education in relevant field
• Analytical, structured and ability to have and holistic view.
• Service minded and flexible.
• Ability to drive and coordinate assignments.
• Motivated and determined to reach agreed objectives under sometimes rather demanding circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) are required.
• Professional team player with networking abilities both internally and externally.
• Experience from support functions and logistics environment is an advantage.
• Ability to initiate and drive work independently.
• Microsoft Excel skills are competitive.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
