Stora Enso Logistics mission is to design, procure, manage and administrate outbound logistics in Stora Enso. Our
scope comprises the physical flow of cargo as well as the related information flows. We work closely with the business
areas of Stora Enso and contracted logistic service providers to fulfil our mission.
Stora Enso Logistics belongs to Business Area Printing and Reading, and delivers group wide services. We are approx.
150 employees operating in Sweden, Finland, Tallinn, Germany, Belgium and UK.
Within Stora Enso Logistics, the department of Sea Services takes care of Procurement and management of sea
transports, capacity planning and administration.
Description
Stora Enso Logistics are looking for a Logistics Specialist to the Sea Services Department for a permanent employment.
As a Logistics Specialist in Sea Services you will perform the following tasks:
• Overall responsible for fulfilment of contracts, based on the procured volumes
• Follow up with Mills/CSCs and coordination of sales plans with area managers
• Maintenance of overseas routes based on sales planes and business decisions
• Forecasting of capacity need towards the shipping lines
• Volume follow up of the system trains
• Forecasting and follow up of operations with the terminals in Gothenburg.
Requirements
The profile of the position holder:
• Relevant education and knowledge in shipping
• 3-5 years of experience in administration of overseas shipping
• Analytical skills. Accurate and persistent
• Good in cooperation and communication in an international environment
• Service minded problem solver
• Skilled user of MS Office tools
The position holder will report to Manager Overseas Services and Sea Operations and belong to a team of approximately ten employees.
