hela Sverige Central Logistic Engineering (CLE) is part of the function Supply Chain Management that covers strategy setting, planning and operational responsibility for all logistic and transport related activities and ensures the supply of production parts, non-production material and vehicles to their required destinations.
Central Logistic Engineering VCT is a group of Logistic Engineers responsible for planning and implementing all new logistic flows into Torslanda Car Plant and surrounding supporting Logistic operations.
Main tasks of the group:
- Industrialisation of new logistic processes, mainly material handling. Deliver project according to programs.
- Standardise and create logistic efficiency.
- Drive global logistic commonality.
- Participation and input towards logistic industrial structure and strategies.
Main responsibilities
As a Logistic Project Coordinator you are defining, leading and supporting the Logistic Engineering work within the Torslanda plant for all Logistic Industrialisation. You are reporting to CLE manager but also direct to Program Managers. Main tasks as a Logistic Project Coordinator is:
- Leading, and supporting/coaching Logistic Engineering work.
- Supporting and coordinate Logistic Pre-studies, logistic area need and step plans.
- Driving and controlling Logistic Investment work.
- Secure and driving running resource headcount for implemented Logistic flows.
Your background
Master degree in Logistic or Supply Chain.
Documented experience in logistics and material handling.
Experienced in Project Management.
Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Excellent knowledge in Lean and Quality tools and techniques.
Driving licence.

We are looking for an analytic, flexible and creative team player who has a strong ability for problem solving. Since the position has many interfaces within the company, the right candidate has good communication and networking skills.
You are a target-oriented person who can handle a rapidly changing environment and work tasks as well as identifying and driving opportunities for business profitability.
We are looking for you who has knowledge and experience in LEAN logistics. Further, you are motivated by learning new things and growing together with us.
