Logistics Operations Manager
The Logistic Operations Manager will have an important role in our factory. The role will have the main responsibilities for logistic operations in our factories in Töcksfors, as Logistic Operational Manager you should have a well-established experience as a manager within the logistic field preferably in a production company from the building materials industry. The work location is Töcksfors in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for logistic and warehouse personnel and routines in the Probad factory.
Responsible for warehouse optimization, routines and training.
Responsible for monthly reporting of stock levels of raw materials for production to the economical department.
Responsible for reporting material status for projects during and after production of cabins.
Responsible for materials missing after production are reserved and available for service.
Responsible to participate in developing and implementing parts of Probads ERP system related to warehouse operations.
Competence requirements:
Minimum 5 years' management experience in a logistics environment related to production industry.
Strong IT literacy and experience with ERP systems and leading logistics systems
English, verbal and written.
Other operational experience from production industry can be considered.

You have the ability to lead and motivate supported by your capability to communicate and co-operate internally and externally, both verbally and in writing. You have a "hands on" management approach that balances between being detail oriented while maintaining the overall and long-term perspectives. You have excellent analytical abilities, professional attitude, and a result-oriented mind.
