We are looking for you to join the division in Customer Service Logistics team as Logistics Officer

It is a great opportunity to work with interesting and challenging tasks together with great international team! Position is open in BSH Northern Europe in Sweden, Solna.
YOUR TASKS
• Take full responsibility of Spare Part and accessory return process from Swedish customers and consumers (postings, crediting). Be able to document and anylize data
• Monitor deliveries to service engineers and B2B/B2C customers and take appropriate actions in case of deviations
• Take part of cost reduction projects
• upport of Customer Service Logistics team within all initiatives. Continuously improve processes within logistic functions
• Update logistic KPI reports and take appropriate actions
• Provide statistics and reports as requested
• Support other NE departments with logistic questions
• Participate in Customer Service cross-function projects
• Contribute to the overall success of the team and the Company goals by maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, focus and professionalism at all times
YOU ARE A PERFECT CANDIDATE IF
• You have previously worked with Spare Parts/accessories or in Customer Service
• You have previously worked with large amount of data (SKU >10000)
• You have 1-3 years experience working in SAP (S0P/M0P/R0P modules)
• You have 1-3 years experience of MS Office
• You are service-minded and customer oriented person
• You are good team plyer as well as good self-going person
• You are quick learner and ready to take a risk of your decisions
• You have a Bachelor/Master degree and you are fluent in English - any Scandinavian languages are a plus

Logistics Officer position is full time job, working time is from Monday to Friday during office hours.
