Description of main tasks/responsibilities
Register, plan, look after as well as follow-up internal orders.
Service internal customers with supply/delivery related information.
Internal communication to Customer Service Departments worldwide.
Control and register supplier invoices as well as prepare for warehouse entry.
Constant and frequent contact to external suppliers as well as internal production sites related to supply planning and purchase.
Cost/saving optimization and follow-up in connection with freights.
Work experience and education
We are looking for someone who has at least a couple of years? experience from similar positions/tasks and minimum corresponding to Swedish gymnasium-level.
Description of competence
Able to manage heavy workloads in stressed situations.
Co-operation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to plan, structure and prioritize tasks.
Social competence skills as well as ability to handle customers under stress.
Service minded, positive and energetic approach both internally and externally.
Knowledge
Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
Movex-skills
Microsoft Office skills
Understanding of logistics flows, terminology and systems
