Do you have a burning interest in Logistics and like to coordinate goods flows? We are now looking for a Logistics & Customs Coordinator to our head office, located in Partille!
Your role in our team.
You are a part of the Transportation & Customs department, a small but very important part of our goods flow and belongs to the Logistics department. This role is a new role at Lindex. As a Logistics & Customs Coordinator, you work with everything that concerns import and export with focus on our customs processes. The role is both challenging and versatile. You are a part of a team, which consist of six other employees with the common goal to secure Lindex flow of goods, always according to a business minded and a customer centric logistics point of view.
Your main work tasks are to plan and monitor Lindex inbound and outbound goods flow. Custom clearance handling (import/export), document checks, classification of goods, self-checks, follow-ups of various kinds and to develop and drive the teams processes forward. In your role as Logistics & Customs Coordinator you are responsible for our customs routines and processes.
The role also includes contact and collaboration with various departments within Lindex, but also with carriers and authorities etc. We believe that you want to develop the role and find areas for improvement.

University degree within Logistics and/or Customs, or equivalent experience
Several years of customs knowledge including bounded warehousing
Experience within customs permits
Previous work experience within retail, logistics and/or customs
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Meritorious: Experiences of roles with extended analysis and of interaction between different departments
