hela Sverige Do you have previous experience from the logistics area and is up for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a Logistics Engineer for an automotive company in Gothenburg!
About the role
As a production logistics engineer you will help to improve and sustain a world class factory in manufacturing. Your main work will be to apply lean thinking and improve the internal material flows. You will work with incoming good, warehousing, internal deliveries, kitting and material facades. About 50% will be on the shop floor, supporting logistics and assembly with problem solving and improve the material flows. The other 50% will be in the office, collaborating with other dedicated engineers to come up with smart solutions and future setups.
About you
We are looking for someone with logistic flows and lean experience. You have an understanding of inbound logistics and are good with handling people and change management. Experience from factory work and customer service is an advantage and a college or university degree in production or logistics is preferable.
Furthermore, you have good communication skills, has the ability to respond quickly to problems and comes up with solutions.
Important for the role:
* Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbal
* 1-3 years ' experience within logistics and/or production
