Job description
Perido is looking for a Logistics Data Analyst to our customer, one of the world's leading manufactures of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine & industrial engines under leading brands. You will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals working with energy, passion and respect for the individual to become the world leader in sustainable transport solutions. This position is placed in Eskilstuna.
In this role, your mission is to globally develop the company's aftermarket parts supply chain and drive improvements based on regional and global requirements. As a Logistics Data Analyst you are working with logistic and business development, supporting Global Logistics in decisions regarding data exploration, concepts and strategies. You will take full responsibility for all steps of an analytics assignment, from data & business value exploration, data structuring, modelling, problem solving and consulting & recommendation. Furthermore, the role includes supporting development and coordination of logistic concepts with the Sales Regions, perform logistic analysis and calculations, support the strategic roadmap for both analytics methods and the future tools & platform and create and calculate business case for pre-studies and projects.
Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will contribute to solving some complex challenges in the areas of data mining and optimization. You will be actively finding new ways to decrease costs and increase uptime for the customers. It's also important that you are accurate and responsible to succeed in this exciting new challenge!

Required qualifications
• University degree in Data Science or other equivalent formal education/working experience
• University degree in Logistics or other equivalent formal education
• Experience of courses in Machine Learning and Statistics
• Holistic view and customer focused
• Analytical skills combined with communication and presentation skills
• Achievement driven, ability to drive for result
• Ability to work in a cross functional and cross border organization
• Project management skills
• English, fluently spoken and written
