Job Description
Now we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to Samsung in Kista! The Logistics Coordinator belongs to Logistics department in Sales Operation division within Process Innovation team, and reports to Sales Operation manager. Their vision is to deliver optimized logistics service and support for organization with having process efficiency.
What will be the jobs scope?
• Material Master Handling in registration of new materials and coordination of this information within the organization as well as maintenance related information such as CBM, chemical tax, etc. in SAP.
• HS code control with customs team
• BC grade sales (technical return + commercial return), to initiate/coordinate/control overall process
• Various reports weekly or monthly both within and outside of the organization such as stock-in-transit report (internal), statistics report (SCB, external), etc.
• Various logistics support and coordination such as IMEI scanning status follow up, monthly delivery date verification in system vs. CMR, invoice follow up, knox guard administration, etc.
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) control to support daily running of automated process performed via RPA and manage exceptions, and to ensure these automated processes work alongside wider business processes effectively.
• Customs coordination's backup

Admission and Application
This is a full-time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until September 2023, with possibility of extension.
