hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible until April 2023 with a great possibility for an extension.

About the role:
As a Logistics Coordinator you will belong to the Logistics department in Sales Operation division within Process Innovation team, and reports to Sales Operation manager. Our vision is to deliver optimized logistics service and support for organization with having process efficiency.
What will this role achieve?
* To achieve inputting sales order in SAP as well as issuing PO to factory, etc. in timely manner without delay. through material master registration in time, and manage related information in the system.
* To achive customs clearance process proficiency.
* To achive logistics process improvement.
* To achive preventing aging stock with BC grade product.
What will be your key deliverables?
* Material Master Registration
* HS code control
* BC Grade Sales
* Various report weekly/monthly both within and outside of the organizatoin.
* Various Logistics support and cooridnation.
* RPA control
What will be the job scope?
* Material Master Handling in registration of new materials and coordination of this information within the organization as well as maintenance related information such as CBM, chemical tax, etc. in SAP.
* HS code control with customs team
* BC grade sales (technical return + commercial return), to initiate/coordinate/control overall process
* Various reports weekly or monthly both within and outside of the organization such as stock-in-transit report (internal), statistics report (SCB, external), etc.
* Various logistics support and coordination such as IMEI scanning status follow up, monthly delivery date verification in system vs. CMR, invoice follow up, knox guard administration, etc.
* RPA (Robotic Process Automation) control to support daily running of automated process performed via RPA and manage exceptions, and to ensure these automated processes work alongside wider business processes effectively.
* Customs coordination 's backup
Your profile:
* Minimum 1-2 years of proven record of accomplishment of successful administration/coordination in Logistics, Customs, or equivalent area, with reporting experience.
* Advanced Excel skill
* Experience in ERP system (e.g. SAP (NERP)) is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* The ability to multi-task, organize and manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* The ability to communicate and interact effectively within the company across different functions
* Attention to detail, yet ability to have holistic view
* Structured and organized
* Strong analytical skills
* Flexible, logically minded and tolerant with problem solving skills
* Well-presented and professional with strong customer focus.
