hela Sverige Do you have a interest in logistics and to coordinate goods flows? We are now looking for two new team members (one 9 months substitute position and one permanent employment) to our Transportation & Customs team located in Alingsås.
Your role in our team You are a part of the Transportation & Customs department, a very important part of our goods flow and belongs to the Logistics department. As a Logistics Coordinator, you work with everything that concerns import and export and the role is both challenging and versatile. You are a part of a team, which consist of five other team members with the common goal to secure Lindex flow of goods, always according to a business minded and a customer centric logistics point of view.
Your main work tasks are to plan, book and monitor Lindex day-to-day inbound and outbound goods flow, handle transport documentation, support our stores as well as internal communication with our warehouse and purchasing department. The role includes contact and collaboration with various departments within Lindex, but also with carriers and authorities.
We are looking for two new colleagues, one permanent employment and one substitute position for nine months.

Also, you probably have:
Secondary education within logistics, supply chain or equivalent
Previous work experience within supply chain, transport and/or customs
Knowledge of customs procedures
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
