We are now looking for an employee who will manage the commercial and working relationships with suppliers to ensure components are purchased at the most favourable total cost, meeting price, quality, and delivery requirements.

You will:
• Undertake investigation of potential suppliers for new components for R&D projects, including new technologies and designs.
• Evaluate suppliers capability to meet Electrolux?s requirements, according to Electrolux?s Global Purchasing Process (GPP).
• Select suppliers after RFI/RFQ process and negotiation, in line with current sourcing strategies, using the GPP.
• Establish contractual agreements with new suppliers.
• Sourcing samples and larger quantities for production startup.
• Resolve any supplierdelays.
• Use the support global Commodity Managers to leverage competitive prices from suppliers.
• Support Logistics and Quality to ensure Suppliers meet requirements on delivery and quality.
• Ensure that OH&S considerations are taken into account prior to the introduction of new parts.R&D projects, including new technologies and designs.
• Evaluate suppliers capability to meet Electrolux?s requirements, according to Electrolux?s Global Purchasing Process (GPP).
• Select suppliers after RFI/RFQ process and negotiation, in line with current sourcing strategies, using the GPP.
