We are currently looking for a driven and ambitious Logistic Coordinator for our Vending and Beverages business unit.
The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for booking all outbound shipments and to secure ways of working are in place to manage the outbound shipments efficiently. Work to continuously improve ways of working. Secure a measure to control how well we supply to customers and use analysis to improve.
Ensure service complaints are logged, tracked and followed up on. Analyze root causes and seek to eliminate these through cooperation with other stakeholders.
The Logistic Coordinator will need to act proactively to mitigate risks and enjoy continued improvements within the value chain and the area of responsibility.
You thrive in a coordinating role with a demand for structure, service and accuracy. You also have great communication skills to be able to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a driven personality with the ability to take initiatives and to prioritize work tasks with a problem solving mindset. Of course, you are a true team player that always strive for creating great results.
To fit well in this position you will need to work independently to secure fact based decisions, aligned with several stakeholders. You actively participate in the monthly or quarterly meetings held with service providers to secure continuous improvements and that correct topics are addressed.

With over 190 years of chocolate drink experience and 3 factories in Europe, Barry Callebaut Beverages is the world's leading manufacturer of specialty cocoa and high-quality milk-based solutions. Uncover the unique machine functionality of all our products. The beverage development center of Barry Callebaut is located outside Helsingborg, Sweden. There, powder drinks are developed and manufactured for a global market. The focus is on chocolate and coffee, but also tea and milk products are in the assortment. The products are marketed under brands such as Ögonblink, Van Houten, Caprimo, Bensdorp and Le Royal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Booking outbound transports incl managing the shuttle between production site and 3rd party warehouse.
Continuous communication with involved stakeholders to ensure efficiency.
Securing that direct loading is executed on time and without risks.
Ensuring that all goods leaving the site are accompanied with the correct documentation.
Coffee tax documentation.
Log complaints both in sales force as well as in service provider 's portal/system.
Ensure returns are managed properly incl information flow is maintained to other departments.
Cost control and KPI tracking within relevant area of responsibility.
Back up customer service in case work load is high.


Professional qualifications
High School diploma plus a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in a similar role with knowledge of import/export and international shipping regulations
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge in Axapta and SAP is preferred
Understand the link between actions and what is logged in Axapta, SAP or other system linked to Planning and Supply Chain
Must be fluent in English and Swedish (speaking, writing and reading), German is an advantage

A self-starter, able to completing duties and responsibilities
Flexible team player with the ability to work according to tight and changing timelines
An interest for the value chain, flows and processes and to understand business impact and effect on total cost
Strong problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to independently draw conclusions
Ability to accurately prioritize daily, weekly and ad-hoc tasks
Openness to supporting less experienced colleagues on their development journey
