THE POSITION

As a Logistics Coordinator with Viasat Sweden at Nent Group Tech you would be responsible for operative purchasing and logistics of Pay-TV Nordic. Main responsibilities are demand planning for Pay-TV Nordic consumer hardware, after sales process for Pay-TV Sweden, supplier contacts and control of internal and external costs. The position also includes month end closing and accounting responsibility for the central stock and Viasat Sweden B2C supply. By joining us today you would create a two-person team responsible for the logistics of Pay-TV Nordic for Viasat Sweden at Nent Group Tech.

THE CHALLENGE AHEAD

• Developing internal and external logistic structure
• Develop processes with suppliers and maintain professional relationships
• Compare forecasts to actual sales to spot trends and make forecasts more accurate
• Manage 3rd party logistics partner
• Keeping the stock level in line with the Viasat policy and guidelines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be successful you should have operations experience from purchasing and logistics. If you have some basic accounting knowledge as well, we would be really happy! You need to be well structured with strong execution skills and you should bring a passion for logistics and procurement.

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:

• Academic degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Excellent Excel / Spreadsheet skills
• Self-motivated with ability to develop and create new formats for analysis
• Good communication and people handling skills
• English - Full professional proficiency
• Swedish - Full professional proficiency
