Act as logistics coordinator as part of a close collaborating team of logistics specialist. Have a strong focus on exceeding customer expectation in the overall end to end service of logistics activities.

Outbound delivery process:


* On daily base plan outbound deliveries in a transport management system (TMS).
* Delivery optimization, Slot time booking at customers, shipments consolidation, track and tracing
* Arrange correct security level of the shipments according to TSR (transport requirement system)
* Tracking of IOD and collection POD from LSP (Logistics Service Provider).
* Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPI.
* Investigate on exceptions of the standard process and disturbance in order to prevent and solve issues.
* Act as a contact person for Order Desk, sales subsidiaries, logistics partners and purchase planners from the customer. Continously aim to provide optimum service level.
* Analyze the flow of goods and check for bottlenecks in order to improve the delivery performance to the customers. Share your report with the logistics manager and install countermeasures if applicable.
* Initiate process improvements and cost saving projects.
* Return & claims process

* Receive and validate claims based on requirements in order to determine whether a claim is in accordance with guidelines or not.
* Reject invalid claims in order to finalize process.
* Approve valid claims in order to ensure credit payment to the customer.
* Provide information to Customer Care & Claims department in order to start up the reverse logistics process.
* Pro-actively analyze Packaging instruction for new Items and follow up on Damage in order to minimize damage in transit.
* Execute the redelivery process in order to redeliver returned orders.

Distribution and warehouse planning


* Edit the year end/weekly revised service planning in order to provide information to the logistics service providers and management.
* Analyze pending customer complaints bookings in order to identify and solve problems.
* Perform ad hoc tasks and answer special requests in order to fulfill the needs of customers, and sales subsidiaries.
* Analyze the flow of goods in the warehouse and check for bottlenecks in order to improve the overall performance. Share your report with the logistics manager and install countermeasures if applicable.

Reporting


* Receive and analyze a daily GI (goods issue) report in order to determine progress.
* Edit and send a daily order situation report in order to inform management, order desk and logistics service provider about the daily distribution planning.
* Edit and send a daily open order report in order to inform the management, order desk and sales subsidiaries about the number of open orders.
* Support in logistic projects in all areas of operation.

Internal contact
Sales Order desk - Daily - To gather and provide information regarding deliveries.
Customer care & Claims department - Occasionally - To provide information regarding reverse logistics (return order process) and to plan redelivery.
Sales - Occasionally - To provide information regarding deliveries.

External contact
LSP (warehousing) - Daily - To gather and provide information regarding performance and outlook.

LSP (transport) - Daily - To gather and provide information regarding distribution and collection of IOD's.



Minimun Requirements:
Bachelor degree with minimum two years work experience in relevant field

Specific knowledge:
Swedish, both spoken and written
English in speaking and writing (level B2)
ERP System (beginner level)

Det är ett vikariat för en anställd som ska vara föräldraledig 1 juni 2017-1 februari 2018, start är dock omgående för att man ska vara igång med arbetet den 1 juni. För rätt person kommer med största sannolikhet möjligheten till en fortsättning av finnas.

Vår kund är ett världsomspännande företag inom hemelektronikbranschen. De har sitt nordiska huvudkontor i Kista Science City och det är där din placering kommer att vara.
Arbetstiden är måndag-fredag 8-17, för rätt person erbjuds en heltidsanställning med månadslön under vikariatets period med möjlig fortsättning.
