MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced controller to join our team as a Logistics Controller. When working with us you can expect to work with great colleagues in a rapidly expanding fashion company, where every day brings unique challenges and possibilities.
Our Logistics Controller proactively works with our Distribution, Warehouses, and Transportation related teams. You will be responsible for performing ongoing analysis, data validation, and reporting of internal and external key figures and decision material. You will be expected to take an active role in the budgeting and forecasting process and contribute to continuous improvements. We also see you as being involved in:
• Proactively work with Fulfilment and Transportation stakeholders to ensure high quality output and effective business support
• Lead freight and logistics financial modeling, analytics, and cost accounting functions
• Together with the company's departments, map and improve workflows and processes
• Responsible for performing ongoing analysis, data validation and reporting of internal and external key figures and decision material.
• Develop, improve and be a superuser in the company's BI tool
ARE YOU THE ONE?
To be successful in this position you are attracted to the business side of the fashion industry and realize the importance of continuous improvements - both big and small. We believe that you are a self-led individual who knows when to collaborate and do it well. We see you as solution-oriented as the role will require you to take initiative and have grit. We seek someone who is:
• Experienced in supply chain/logistics/retail/fashion (2+ years)
• Highly analytical and self-driven
• Eager to learn and encouraged to embrace new situations and opportunities
• Business-interested and curious about how flows are built up and connected
• Ability to create and build networks internally and externally
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Experience in a multichannel sales organization is a plus but not a requirement
• Experience from working in a BI such as Qlik or Power BI
• Fluent in English, both written and speech Swedish is a plus but not a must
