hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm Acne Studios is now looking for a Logistics Associate to be responsible for the flow of goods in and out of our headquarters in Stockholm. You will be based in the HQ stock room and receive incoming shipments from freight forwarders and couriers. Another responsibility is to assist colleagues from the entire office with queries regarding deliveries, storage etc. on a daily basis. You will also coordinate shipments between the headquarters and our main warehouse as well as managing the order process for our internal quality test program.
The position offers a mix of hands-on practical work, e.g. handling packages, combined with administrative tasks. You need to be comfortable with a hectic environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The position reports to the Logistics Manager.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Managing the daily operations in the HQ stock room and the order process for our internal quality test program
• Assisting employees at the headquarters with tasks and inquiries connected with logistics and the storage of goods
• Overseeing the company's external storage space in the Stockholm area
• Coordinating sample shipments to/from the company's suppliers
• Assisting the Facilities Coordinator with various ad-hoc office related tasks
Desired qualifications:
• Previous professional experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Service-minded with a clear willingness to assist others
• Team-player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Structured and methodic approach including strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize
• Clear cost consciousness and developed negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is meriting
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required, additional language skills are meriting
