LaCie AB is searching for an active person to handle logistics, reporting, sales orders and to help reseller in their technical questions. We are looking for a team player with a good attitude, skills and willingness to serve customer in the best possible way. Knowledge, experience and understanding of European logistics, IT and hardware is naturally needed. We are running SAP so SAP knowledge is a clear advantage. Strong knowledge on MS Office is also needed. Fluent Swedish and English is required. Knowledge of other Nordic language(s) would be a nice extra. Please feel free to include your salary request in your application.

Employment form July 2012 to February 2013 and possible onwards.

Duties shall include but not limit to:

• Keying in orders to SAP
• Answering availability and technical questions
• Looking after logistics to and from customer
• Reporting to officials
• Supporting warranty services and related logistics
• Order management
• Shipment monitoring and controlling
• Co-operation and contacts with logistics carriers
