with a strong documented background in materials management and logistics of pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices.
The applicant should have very good communication and planning skills, experience from sourcing materials and product supply in an international environment, and be able to quickly and reliably process customer orders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience of Materials Management/Logistics in pharmaceuticals and/or medical technology areas. The applicant should have good organizational skills, have experience from working in an international environment, and be a strong communicator, fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities
Product supply to support commercial and clinical activities, as requested.
Forecasting and production planning
Process customer orders, including delivery and shipments
Manage packaging and promotion material, including specifications and artwork changes to labeling printing, purchasing and inventory management
Manage existing supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of compliant materials to support the manufacturing schedule and target inventory levels.
Purchase items and services to support manufacturing requirements, interfacing with Commercial operations, Manufacturing, Quality Control and Regulatory
Resolve material specification requirements, conformity concerns and associated documentation
Work closely with suppliers and distributors to proactively avoid or resolve material issues in an expeditious manner.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years Materials Management/Logistics
Experience from working in an international environment
Fluent in English
