Your future challenge
The role of logistics analyst involves a variety of work that takes place both in project form and independently, where an ability to take the initiative and professionalism are essential. It is important to be able to work under defined individual responsibility and to obtain/share experience and knowledge.
As a logistics analyst, you will analyse, evaluate and improve technically complex systems throughout their life cycles. Tasks may include system forecasting, cost and systems analyses, as well as analyses regarding availability, reliability, maintenance optimisation and disposal.

Motivated, communicative and with a good ability to cooperate are among the personal qualities we would like you to possess.
Ideally, you have an academic degree (M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent) preferably with a focus on maintenance or you have worked for some years and gained experience in the industry as well as expertise in operations and maintenance. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of one/some of the products developed by Saab.
Experience of logistics and maintenance analysis in tools such as Opus, Simlox, Catloc, Relex and Matlab is beneficial.
Since we work in an international environment, it is important that in addition to Swedish, you can also communicate well in English, both verbally and written.
The work will also involve business travel so you must hold a driving licence.
Place of action
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
The Logistic Information and Analysis section within Saab's Support and Services business area gathers, monitors and analyses maintenance information. Our services are required externally by the Swedish Armed Forces/FMV/UN and internally at Saab, where we are currently working with many of Saab's high-tech products.
