hela Sverige The Logistics team is looking for a Logistics Analyst for our Inbound flows into Axis Configurations and Logistics World Wide.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Axis Logistics team has the main responsibility for all transports globally from and to our configuration centers, currently located both within EU, Asia and the USA. Your role as our Logistics Analyst will be to work with Transport suppliers and the Material Supply and Sourcing teams for deliveries into our Configuration and Logistics Centers (CLCs) Worldwide. You will analyze data both from our business system and data provided by our transport suppliers to follow up KPIs as well as to provide recommendations for the best solutions based on our requirements.
You will also work with our transport suppliers and with other team members to ensure that we have correct SOP's in place for freights into our CLCs to ensure that we have planned the transports together with our suppliers for efficient deliveries meeting our requirements for production into the warehouses in relation to Lead time.
You will work closely with other team members for pricing reviews, implementation of new suppliers into our transport administration system as well as for backup in areas that you are supporting other team members.
Your main interfaces will be people within our Operations and Supply Chain organization in addition to our transport suppliers and component suppliers.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
* Provide analysis of different freight alternatives and make decisions on how to move forward by finding solutions on how to handle inbound freight in the best way.
* Extract statistical information and complete ad-hoc reports when required to follow up with Transport Suppliers and for Internal reviews.
* Ensure that our business system is updated with the latest and most accurate data and inform the different departments accordingly to measure our KPI's.
* Follow up and understand in detail how processes work at our suppliers, so that we are able to find efficiencies in our booking processes and instructions.
* Be part a member of Logistics projects as applicable to your area of responsibility.
* Process documentation and update information to all internal departments and stakeholders as required.
* Be the speaking partner on logistics related questions to other departments within your area of responsibility.
* Assist with questions regarding transports, bookings and all logistics related issues.
* Ensure and follow up through reporting that our transport suppliers meet the set KPIs.
* Work within our ticket system and administration, archiving and documentation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven and customer focused team player, with a university degree in Logistics (or similar). You are able to handle different tasks at the same time and to prioritize requirements to meet deadlines. We also believe you are structured and have the ability to review, document and follow up on issues to ensure that they are handled accordingly.
You have experience working with transport suppliers within the different modes of transport, and can drive changes and improvements together with our transport suppliers. As the position involves several internal and external interfaces it is crucial that you are service minded and have very good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and have good business acumen. You are passionate making improvements and efficiencies, including process set up and rolling out changes to the affected parties.
Communication with different stakeholders is key and you are a humble listener. You have the ability to solve problems proactively and you are both analytical and detail oriented and find it exciting work with large amounts of data.
You are an advanced Excel User and skilled in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office programs.

The Axis Logistics team has the main responsibility for movements from and to the different configuration centers within EU, Asia and USA. Our main interfaces are Transport Suppliers, the Order Department, Shipping/Transport, Supply and Sourcing Teams, as well as other global interfaces.
