Base Materials Logistics within Supply Chain Operations is looking for a Logistics Analyst. You will be responsible for analysing and helping to optimise the logistic set-ups (transportation modes and costs, warehousing requirements and costs) of paperboard, polymers and aluminium foil from our suppliers' production sites to Tetra Pak's converting factories. The position is one of the links between the suppliers and the internal stakeholders.
The responsibility for Base Materials is to secure the sustainable supply of paperboard, polymers, foil, film and ink to converting factories, at the same time as assuring quality and reducing costs. In cooperation with our stakeholders, we strive to continuously adapt and improve our supply base - thus strengthening Tetra Pak's value chain, making us more competitive and bringing benefits to our customers and the environment.

• Support the development and use of appropriate IT platforms

Publiceringsdatum2012-02-07KvalifikationerThis is an opportunity for a person who is analytical and organized. You must be able to
drive your own work towards achieving set targets. You are positive and able to continuously develop the relationships with your internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You have a good business understanding and an ability to set up strategic goals.
You possess a formal education in logistics or in another related field of academics combined with several years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, from a large corporation. A strong logistics competence is obviously a must, as well as an interest in improvement work. You possess a good knowledge in SAP. Knowledge and/or experience from WCM methodology and project management is a merit. You must be skilled in English, both written and verbal. Any other language is an asset.
