What you'll do?As our Logistic Project Leader, you will lead the process development within Logistic and Supply Chain. Your main task will be to develop improvement and new processes to optimize our logistics function in Vårgårda. The plant is in an exciting expansion phase, where you will have a vital role in securing that we are able to meet our future goals and demands within the logistics area. You will drive your own projects within the different areas of logistics at the plant and report directly to our Logistics Manager
Additionally, you will:
• Secure the long-term goals and visions for logistics processes
• Support the operational organization with customer visits and audits
• Active work with improvement and development of the business
What you'll bringWe believe that you're a person who are seeking new and exciting challenges within logistics and project management. You already have a solid base of knowledge within Change Management, Logistics and Chain Supply but are now looking for new thrilling projects to sink your teeth in to. You understand the different roles in the project and what you, as a whole are all trying to accomplish. You are no stranger to the English language or communicating to people from different parts of the world. Although, being able to communicate in Swedish is highly merited since you'll be working closely with our production.
You'll be a key person in the company, and we therefore presume that you enjoy working in dynamic and stimulating environment. Since customer representatives regularly visit our production plant to control our ongoing projects, we believe that you have good communication skills.
We believe that with the aid of your skill of working under pressure, good collaboration and leader skills you can help us forward to reach the next step within automotive and electronic industrialization.
Level (diploma) required:
• Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
Other required skills:
• Documented Project Management skills
• Experience in Change Management within Logistics
• Good knowledge within MS Office
• Experience from electronic or the car industry is highly merited
