Who are we looking for?
We are now looking for a Country Logistics Planner to our Swedish Supply Chain Country Logistic organisation. As a Logistic Planner, you lead and participate in complex projects and programs that can secure integration of our Logistics. You will contribute to the next level of our New Lean Logistics ways of working with a focus on outbound railway deliveries together with your operational peers and our internal and external Logistics partners.
Your proficiency is based on a university degree (MSc) with relevant faculty, and you have minimum of 5 year of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain or in Logistics and experience in business analysis and program management. You are a great communicator with excellent analytical skills and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. You also have ability to function in a matrix organization and work independently based on directives given from project steering groups and ability to act as project manager but also function as a team member. You have the ability to improve with advanced methods and have understanding of different transport models. You are driven by continuous improvement work and are prepared to take a lead in driving and implementing improvements in your network in order to develop the current process and ways of working You have an analytical ability and proven track record of driving improvement projects. Your proficiency is based on a higher degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics or Business administration.
As a person you are a good team player who have the willingness to take initiative to proactively provide solutions. We value your ability to prioritize and make decision even when the information is incomplete and time limited. You are result oriented with pro-active mindset and have customer focus attitude.
You always listen and hear people out and with your great problem-solving skills you see changes as new possibilities. You are a great communicator, and you communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Simulations tools and Celonis will be a big advantage.

We apply hybrid way of working meaning that in this position you can work flexible remotely and, in the office, but the position will require a fair amount of time spent at the mill especially in the onboarding phase and through initial training. This position requires some travelling.
