Unilever is looking for a Logistic Operations Supervisor based in Solna

The Logistic Operations Supervisor acts as first point of contact for the Nordic Supply Chain organization and ensures sustainable excellent logistics services to the market place.
In this role you will be the voice of logistics to the Nordic organization and will ensure relevant knowledge of the organization & customer requirements and local specifics of logistics market within the logistics organization.
This role represents a key element of the end-2-end logistics function in the Nordics and will include responsibilities in all Nordic and DACH counties from time to time in Projects or Operations.
The role is responsible for having full transparency of the 4C:s (Cost- Cash-Customer Service-Carbon) in Nordic Logistics together with the Nordic and DACH Logistics organization including Finance support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountable for agreed service levels with respect to 4Cs (Cost ,Customer Service, Carbon, Cash)
• Drive continuous improvement in 4Cs according to agreed targets
• Ensure smooth & efficient processes
• Accountable activities related to stock management
• Ensure implementation of global logistics vision and Supply Chain Strategy
• Seek for improvement opportunities. Propose, launch & lead improvement projects
• Active contribution to budgeting processes and monthly reviews with the Cluster
• Ambassador of Sustainability in logistics in the market place.
• Local implementation of global logistic related projects
• Seek for best practices (internal/external) as well as synergies and lead implementation
• Support selection of tenders and manage day-to-day operation with respective logistics partners ensuring target achievements
THIS IS WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
The profile we are looking for has preferably already had some working experience within Logistics and Supply Chain, and as such laid a good foundation of skills within this area. Most important is however that you have an academic background within Logistics or Supply Chain and that you have an internal drive to succeed in this field.
The person we are looking for is service and action oriented, process minded, analytical and proactive. You are continuously seeking improvements and different ways of working.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:
• Relevant Academic Degree
• Good understanding and preferably some working experience from Supply Chain
• Customer service mindset
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about delivering
• Basic appreciation of Technical expertise
• Fluent in English and Swed
