hela Sverige We are looking for a experienced Logistics Maintenance Supervisor to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Maintenance team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing, ramping up and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
In this role you will develop and execute maintenance strategy for facility maintenance with world class mindset in terms of availability and cost. You are responsible for development and execution of maintenance strategy in Logistic Maintenance area. You will recruit, train and develop a world class team for maintaining the Logistic Equipment and maintenance areas.
About the team
You will be a part of our top notch Maintenance team that includes over 140 people with world class skills within their area.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting in Implementing, managing, and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support for setting strategies with purchasing for what need to be maintained internally and for which areas that should be outsourced.
- Supervise all LM staff (technicians, coordinators, planners, engineers etc.) and external contractors.
- Keep financial and non-financial records of the operations within the area.
- Responsible for developing the "4Ms" within the facility area - Manning, Machine, Method and Materials.

We believe that you have :
- BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent University degree with good understanding of basic financial principles
- Proven leadership
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience of similar role with management and manufacturing
- An example driven management of the shop floor. Resolute 5S
- Fluency in reading, speaking and writing English.
Bonus points for:
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
