Our current Logistic Developer is moving on within the company and now we are looking for his successor.
Do you want to help us improve our warehouse and transport processes?
To be successful in this role you like to drive change and continuous improvement. You like being in contact with different stakeholders both within and outside Electrolux. You have a strong ambition to always improve and learn.
A regular day at work
Drive and lead projects of developing the operational activities to increase safety, efficiency, standardization and quality of operational and business processes.
Propose and implement best-practice solutions for the operations
Cooperate with various actors within the company and with external partners (transport companies, and suppliers).
In charge and super user of WMS at local site.
Act as a change agent and promote change management.
Following and develop the stock counting routines.
You:
Agile - Quickly understands and reacts to changes and take decision despite instabilities and uncertainties.
Committed & Driven - Strong results orientation and positive "can do" attitude and whom get things done.
Networker - Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions within and outside the organization.
Education and competence
Experience in warehouse and/or transport activities.
Ability to act creatively and grow within the role.
Experience in logistics, leading projects.
Experience in WCM ( World Class Manufactoring) and Lean.
Knowledge of Microsoft office software tools.
Experience of working with ERP, WMS, TA.
Fluent in Swedish and English ( both written and spoken).
