We are looking for an individual who has a large a passion for cars as for making good business. You have a drive to develop and see the results of your hard work in terms of finished products. We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.
The Role:
You must want to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. We are leading the way in the hyper car business. As a Logistics Developer, you will work both in our industrialization projects, and supporting our logistic and purchasing operations. We are looking for a senior logistics engineer.
Duties include:
Design, adapt, and implement logistics processes, solutions, and tools.
Packaging engineering
Close co-operation with the purchasing department regarding requirements against suppliers.
Design and procurement of material racks, trolleys and other logistic equipment
Design of material flows, externally and internally
Act as the logistics representative in the Engineering change process, addressing the logistics issues when releasing new articles
Preparation in ERP system regarding packaging parameters / storage conditions.
Work with the PBS file in the development projects
Ownership of PFEP (Plan-For-Every-Part) file for logistic
Requirements:
Experience from Automotive and/ or manufacturing industry, Production logistics/ Industrial engineering
Strong organizational, analytical, and technical communication skills (Swedish and English)
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Authentic and responsive person
Self-driven personality
Ability to effectively lead and direct
Detail- and solutions-oriented mindset
Good interpersonal skills and ability to train others.
BSc in Engineering. MSc preferred.
Driver's license
Meritorious:
Previous experience within the automotive industry
Previous experience with ERP system Monitor
Automotive experience is a plus.
Long experience in the field of logistics.
