Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a logistic coordinator at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems you will be part of the international IDDS Logistic Team and will work in a matrix together with sales departments, shipping specialist, transport suppliers, installation teams and other logistic coordinators within your team. You are responsible for all Nordic countries and some countries in central Europe. Hence, this position requires some travelling within Europe. You will be primarily responsible for delivery-on-time at customer site and to constantly improve the process. You are the "customer 's voice" in the supply chain by supervising the deliveries from production to installation site and handling system updates and following up at order level. You are responsible to follow up and suggest solutions to avoid delays. You will be working in different projects within logistics, some extensive and some more ad hoc. You will work closely together with the international supply chain operations team to further improve processes and planning. The company is currently updating their ways-of-working and implementing AX Dynamics. This exciting position offers even greater challenges and opportunities to develop in the future.

Kvalifikationer
• High school education within suitable field
• A few years working experience within logistics/supply chain
• Good system knowledge, preferably within AX Dynamics
• Good skills in MSOffice, mainly Excel
• Swedish and English professional fluency both verbally and in writing

For this position, we are looking for a self-driven, well-structured and communicative person who like speed and challenges and who would like to work in a dynamic and fast growing business and industry.
