In this role you will develop our parts stock holding policy, in close cooperation with our development team, our sales regions and service provider (Group Truck Operations, Service market Logistics, SML), to meet our ambition to be the leading brand in customer satisfaction and uptime. You will monitor results and drive for continuous improvements to support that we reach agreed targets, with a strong focus on availability and uptime, balancing cost and risk. Your strong background in theoretical and practical parts logistics and inventory management, as well as your drive and commitment for improvements, will be an asset in driving supply chain development, always with a holistic perspective. Depending on organizational and development needs, strategic initiatives and operational support, you are a flexible team-player, open to step in to drive and support our overall responsibility as a global support and development organization.
You will be part of the Customer Solution Global Logistics management team and report directly to Director Global Logistics. You will be a key team member with high energy and positive team work spirit. You need to be passionate about driving improvements and have a holistic view.
Main Responsibilities
• Initiate and develop, drive and support initiatives to optimize availability in the supply chain.
• Drive supply chain development to support customer requirements in close cooperation with the rest of the team as well as sales regions and GTO SML.
• Monitor results and drive for improvement
• Establish and develop a strong collaboration with stakeholders
You will be working in global environment with work relations in different time zones.
The position requires limited travelling.

Education/Professional Qualifications
• University degree at Master level in Logistics or other equivalent education
• Excellent knowledge in theoretical logistics and stock management
• Experience of aftermarket logistics within the construction equipment business
• Several years of practical experience in aftermarket logistics
• English, fluently spoken and written
