The Coil Coatings Sweden BU of Industrial Coatings is positioned to develop, manufacture and market the products that fall within the Global Industrial Finishes portfolio for the Swedish market.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
To manage, coordinate and integrate the logistics, warehousing, distribution and inventory functions for the Gamleby based business, using business planning / sales & operations processes, to ensure that customer sales demands are met, and product is delivered in full, on time.
1. Health, Safety & Environment
Ensure the logistics functions comply with AkzoNobel Health, Safety and Environmental standards and policies in order to provide a safe and healthy work place for the employees.
2. Inventory
Manage and take accountability for all inventory transactions including receipting, storage, pre-batch and distribution, as guided by key performance indicators, so that the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions is tightly controlled.
3. Scheduling / Customer Service
Manage the demand and production planning and customer service functions, in line with S&OP and MRP II principles, so that products are supplied to customers in full on time.
4.Warehousing & Distribution
Ensure that AkzoNobel secures the most competitive and efficient distribution and warehousing services from suppliers, and that finished goods inventory is appropriately stored and subsequently delivered to meet customer satisfaction requirements.
5. People
Manage performance of direct and indirect reports, in accordance with AkzoNobel policies and procedures and in compliance with Swedish employment legislation, with the aim of achieving a motivated, well trained workforce that is productive and efficient.
6.AkzoNobel Compliance
Design internal controls that meet the minimum standards required by the AkzoNobel Compliance policies to ensure that internal controls are maintained and applied. This will ensure that AkzoNobel is "in control".
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Business Related Degree
• 5 - 7 years logistics & supply chain experience in a manufacturing
facility.
• Knowledge of S&OP a must.
