About the Position
LinkoCare Life Sciences AB is expanding their team and is looking for a Logistic and Office Manager. This is a full-time position located at Linköping Science Park.
Responsibilities
In the role as Logistic and Office Manager you will be handling all office and logistic related tasks, and you will be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
You will be responsible for incoming calls, welcoming visitors, coordinating communications between companies, and writing and submitting grant documentations and applications (Swedish, EU, etc.).
You will be in charge of supply control, ordering office and laboratory supplies, and collecting quotes for purchasing.
You will assist the Company's CEO by booking meetings, and keeping track of appointments.
Your profile
To be successful in this role;
you must be highly organized, flexible, driven, humble, collaborative, and communicative.
you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a great advantage if you have previous experience from a similar role.
you need to have skills and ability to work well with others and collaborate with the management team and other colleagues to achieve the company 's goals.
