As Location HR Business Partner at System Integration & Substation Services, which is a part of the Power Grids Division based in Västerås, you will be part of a dynamic business unit and have a great opportunity to support a successful business in the HR field.
In this position, your main goal will be to partner with the business leaders in System Integration & Substation Services to implement business people strategies supporting the business- and people strategy. You will provide operational HR support to the business managers in performance management, retention management, organizational development, labor relations, people leadership and development of high performing teams. You will work in close collaboration with HR network.
You will be a part of the local management team at System Integration & Substation Services in Västerås, and report to the LPG Manager of System Integration and functionally to the Strategic HR Business Partner for the HUB Northern Europe.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to work independently, take initiatives and apply established standards to your areas of responsibility. You are a person who can see the whole picture of current situations and the ability to make plans and bring them into action. We are looking for a positive, reliable, and result driven person. You are also responsive and motivated to focus on operational HR and find it easy to cooperate in a global environment. You will frequently instruct and coach other professionals so your social skills must be well-developed.
As preferred qualifications we want you to have a university degree from the HR field and 3-5 years of experience in HR work with a broad perspective, including previous work with change management and negotiations. Preferably, you have previously worked in an international organization. It is important that you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

The Power Grids Grid Integration (PGGI) business unit supplies stations, systems solutions and service for transmission and distribution facilities. Customers are power companies, industry and other companies that need to be connected to power networks. The market is driven by the need to create stable power networks and by environment reasons with the aim of increasing the use of renewable energy. Our environment offer also includes connecting ships to power networks to replace diesel operation in ports. We design and build indoor and outdoor stations that are both reliable and dependable.
