hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Forso Nordic AB i Göteborg We are now recruiting a Location Finance Supervisor to Forso Nordic Sweden. As the Location Finance Supervisor you will work closely with the Country Manager and the operating teams of the Swedish operation, as well as the regional team.
The Location Finance Supervisor reports to the Country Manager of Forso Sweden and to the Nordic Accounting Manager (matrix reporting) and is a member of both the Swedish management team and local credit committee.
Main Responsibilities
As the Supervisor of the accounting team, your responsibilities will include:
Lead locations daily accounting activities
Actively support and participate in regional accounting harmonization initiatives
Lead accounting departments participation in internal control initiatives, such as GIS and MCRP
Lead month-end closes, including review of month-end results prior to closing the books
Preparation and approval of journal entries as appropriate
Preparation and approval of account reconciliations and ARPDs
Approval TERs, invoices and payments
Timely submissions of basis for reserves and other regular reviews required for accounting
Timely submissions of monthly tax and VAT returns
Support locations cash-flow / funding process as required
Support regional efforts on statutory and regulatory reporting as required
As a member of the Location Credit Committee, actively contribute to the review and approval process of dealer/fleet credit packs
Main contact for external auditors during regular and interim audits
Skills and Experience
Finance/Accounting oriented university degree or equivalent.
Previous experience from accounting and financial controls. Prior experience of Peoplesoft is an advantage
Prior experience from credit analysis is an advantage
Fluent in English both verbally as well as in writing.
Personal characteristics such drive for results, analytical capability and a business-oriented mindset are important in this position.
