The Scale-up of the Power Quality Solutions capability and capacity is a key enabler for Hitachi Energy to fulfill our commitment. As a Localization Manager, you will have a central role in the build-up of the Power Quality Solution organization globally. You will be responsible of both defining the localization model for the Power Quality offering as well a leading our strategic localization projects. In the role you will interact with both global and local business stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation of the strategy.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that puts you in the center of the global expansion of the Power Quality capability and capacity and allows for many opportunities to shape our future business and organization.
Your responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the localization strategy
Lead the development and implementation of the localization model
Manage localization projects, schedule and budgets
Define roadmaps and coordinate localization activities with local and global stakeholder
Roll-out and follow-up on localization tasks within functions in the organization
Ensure timely engagement and communication to stakeholder
Set expectations and ensure that all stakeholders understand the aspects of the localization and what it takes to complete it
Maintains relationships with stakeholder and ensure efficient workflows in a global organization

Your requirements
Experience of driving organizational change in a global environment
Previous experience as a project manager and/or line manager, preferably within engineering, or previous similar assignments with supporting localization and global build-up
Experience of rolling out technical know-how and processes
Strong ability to influence others, coordinate work tasks and communicate clearly to stakeholders
Holistic and analytical mindset and experience of using data to inform about
Self-going and structured person with great perseverance to achieve medium to long term results
A bachelor's degree in engineering or from another relevant field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
