As a member of the Globalization team, you will be working in an agile development environment, facilitating the localization of our products, and managing the work and quality of language deliverables.How you will spend your time as our next Localization Coordinator:Define and negotiate project plans with service providers, monitor progress and ensure deliverables happen on time, within budget and in good quality.Compile scope information (volume and estimates) and instructions in order to ensure smooth project execution.Coordinate terminology and quality review efforts with internal and external parties, address their queries during translation and review.Monitor language quality and escalate quality issues, perform checks and bug fixing or direct vendors to perform bug fixing.Analyze and verify accuracy of quotes and invoices, update actuals for monthly financial reporting.Being an active participant in process improvements, driving assigned areas.Champion globalization best practices in cross-functional initiatives. You profile:4+ years' experience in coordinating localization projectsFamiliar with localization tools and processesStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsComfortable with automation tooling, knowledge of GitHub and XTM is a plusExcellent communication skills, with an ability to listen and involve others in discussions, ability to tailor complex information to different audiencesExcellent teamwork for results in a high pace environmentAbility to work independently and with ambiguityOrganized, able to prioritize and coordinate resources Our way of giving backTo our communities, to the world, and to you is a core part of the culture at Qlik.
